Refund Policy for Mechol

MECHOL believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Policy detail as below,

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order

2. There is no cancellation of orders placed if in express service Vendor details uploaded on portal as special request

3. In Case of MECHOL verified Seller all documents required to submit by seller within 7 working days from registration date, In case seller failed to share the documents within the defined timeline, the company will not be held responsible & no refund will be applicable in such scenario

4. All the services will be delivered via email ID registered with us at the time of placing an order

5. In case if customers don’t like to products or the information shared is found wrong then the company will not be held responsible & no refund will be applicable in such scenario.
